Senior Survey, Class of 2014

In spring 2014, College of Undergraduate Studies (CUS) graduates were invited to complete the “Senior Survey, Class of 2014”.  Graduates were asked to complete the survey regardless of when they began at IU (as a freshman or transfer student). The survey was administered for the first time completely online. A total of 86 out of a possible 266 graduates completed the survey giving a response rate of 32.33%.  500 Internal Server Error

Additional Education or Training within the next three months (multiple responses possible)

39 (45.35%) have no plans to apply for admission to an educational program within the next three months (2013 was 29.55%, 2012 was 27.6%)

16 (18.60%) have not decided if they will apply for admission to an educational program within the next three months (2013 was 20.46%, 2012 was 18.1%)

14 (16.28%) have been admitted to another educational program (2013 was 14.39%, 2012 was 13.3%)

10 (11.63%) have plans to apply for admission to an educational program within the next three months (2013 was 15.15%, 2012 was 12.4%)

5 (5.81%) have applied for admission to an educational program (2013 was 3.79%, 2012 was 1.0%)

 

Programs of Interest (multiple responses possible)

26 (30.23%) are interested in a master’s, professional or doctoral program (2013 was 34.09%, 2012 was 22.9%)

1 (1.16%) is interested in programs leading to a professional credential (RN, etc) (2013 was 3.03%, 2012 was 2.9%)

0 (0%) are interested in an additional bachelor’s degree program (2013 was 0.76%, 2012 was 1.9%)

0 (0%) are interested in a vocational/technical training program (2013 was 1.51%, 2012 was 1.9%)

1 (1.16%) said other (2013 was 1.51%, 2012 was 1.0%)
